Yes! While we love working with local businesses, most of our services are delivered remotely. We work with clients across the country who value our strategic approach and personal attention. As long as you're committed to growing your business, geography isn't a barrier.

How quickly can we get started once I decide to move forward?

What information do you need from me to get started?
We'll need access to your current marketing accounts (social media, website, email platforms), your brand assets (logos, photos, existing content), and most importantly—your business goals, target audience insights, and what's worked (or hasn't worked) for you in the past. We make the onboarding process simple with clear checklists.

How much input do I have in my marketing strategy and content?
You're the expert on your business, and we're the experts on marketing—the magic happens when we combine both. We'll present strategies for your approval and always run major decisions by you. That said, you hired us for our expertise, so we'll give you honest recommendations even when they push you outside your comfort zone.

What if I don't like something you create?
We build revision rounds into every project because your satisfaction is non-negotiable. Most issues are solved with clear communication about your preferences. We'd rather get it right than get it fast. That said, we also bring strategic reasoning to our recommendations—sometimes what feels comfortable isn't what will get you results.

How often will we communicate?
This depends on your package, but at minimum, you'll get monthly reports and be able to reach us via email anytime. Signature and Suite clients get regular check-in calls. We believe in staying connected without overwhelming you with meetings that could be emails.

Can I start with one service and add more later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with social media management or brand strategy and expand as they see results and their business grows. We're flexible and want to grow with you. Sometimes starting smaller helps you see the value before making bigger investments.

Do you require long-term contracts?
We work on a month-to-month basis after an initial 90-day commitment. The 90 days gives us time to implement strategy and show you results. After that, you can adjust or pause services as needed. We earn your business every month through results, not by locking you into long contracts.

What's not included in your packages?
Our packages don't include paid advertising budgets (that's separate from our management fees), premium software subscriptions, professional photography shoots, or printed marketing materials. We'll let you know about any additional costs upfront—no surprises on your invoice.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer quarterly and annual payment options with discounts. We understand cash flow can be tight for small businesses, so we're happy to work with you on payment timing that makes sense for your business.
